Due to the nature of the products being sold purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. Incensum Fragrances strongly recommends taking advantage of our sample offerings for any first-time purchases.

 

Incensum Fragrances accepts cancellations within 2 days of purchase. Please contact us to request an order cancellation.

 

Please check your orders promptly after they are received. Please contact us if there are any problems with your product or order and a resolution will be determined on a case by case basis.
