Incensum Fragrances Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind. All purchases are final.

Incensum Fragrances accepts cancellations within 2 days of purchase placing an order. In order to cancel within that time frame, please email us at info@incensumfragrances.com.

 

Please check your orders promptly after they are received. Please contact us if there are any problems with your product or order and a resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing at info@incensumfragrances.com within 7 days of receiving the item and provide us with your order number and/or receipt.

If you have received notification that an item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received the item, you must notify us in writing at info@incensumfragrances.com within 7 days to notify us of the issue. You must also contact the mail carrier responsible for delivering the item to resolve the issue with the carrier. We are not responsible for the carrier’s failure to deliver the item.
